Question

Claire Davis is a 72 year old woman who is at the primary care office for a yearly physical exam. Claire tells you she has been recently having back and shoulder pain. She says that the pain is usually low in intensity but is a consistent cramping type pain. She states the pain seems worse when she first wakes up or if she is sitting in one position for too long. When you measure Claire's height, you see that she is 1 inch shorter than she was the year prior.
