Your final will consist of an individual development plan. My intent is for you to produce an actionable roadmap to improve your leadership capabilities. Your ultimate goal is to identify your most critical development needs that fit with feedback you have received via the HPI, past 360-feedback exercises you may have participated in, past performance reviews, and peer feedback. The source of the feedback is less important than the logic of your choice. Your development plan should include:

1. Your plan should begin with a brief narrative explaining your short-term career aspirations. This need not be elaborate. It should set the stage for the choice of your development need. What is required for success given your specific aspirations, and where do you need the greatest development to succeed? If you can, please benefit from sample job descriptions with required KSAs, qualifications and competencies required for your next role.

2. What development need(s) are you choosing? Be specific and ensure it relates directly and meaningfully to your career goal. Here you will need to include information regarding past feedback, Hogan results, peer feedback, and perhaps some introspection that has pointed you to this development need. There needs to be an intersection.
