Benny the Barber is considering opening a second location, this time with two chairs.

Customers would be selected for a haircut on a FCFS basis from those waiting.

Benny has estimated that each barber would take an average of 19 minutes to give a haircut, with an exponential distribution. While customers will have exponential interarrival times, with an arrival rate of 3.7 per hour.
