XYZ Energy is a company that distributes and markets branded fuels and lubricants to retail and commercial customers in Mauritius. The company imports the products from Europe and distributes it all over the island in its 20 service stations. The company offers high-quality products and services to its customers. Taking into consideration the different components of the logistic system, explain how you, as the Operations and Logistics Manager of the company, would ensure that customers are getting their products on time and service quality is not affected at any cost even during the Covid-19 pandemic.
