Consider this scenario: You are employed with a CAM service provider delivering either biofeedback and imagery or hypnosis to clients that have been referred by their physicians. Based on the information in the articles above and in the text:
Develop a list of questions that would be appropriate to ask in an interview with a client seeking services.
Prepare transcripts for two mock interviews in which you interview potential clients.
End your presentation with your recommendations as to whether the client would be appropriate for your services. Create the scenarios in a way that one client would be appropriate for services and another inappropriate. Support your decision with evidence from Caspi, O., Koithan, M. and Criddle, M.W. (2004) as well as at least three research articles published in peer reviewed articles in the past five years.
