Consider a very long solid insulating cylinder with radius a and with positive net charge 2Q inside a conductor cylinder same length with inner radius b and external radius c with the same central axes and a net charge -Q(radius a<b<c). Using Guass law determine the electric field inside the insulating cylinder, in the region between the two cylinders and the region outside the cylinders. Calculate the charge distribution.
