Discuss the aging process - what it means to you realistically, include the role of genetics, the environment and the consequences of chronic disease. Include information from the Blue Zone Video, Aging 101 Videos, and the Longevity Calculator. Discuss your thoughts on "Life at 84", centenarians, and do you think it's possible to obtain a biological age of 120.

Specifically discuss your longevity based on the Life Expectancy Calculator Living to be 100, do the Calculator twice, (lst time answer honestly, 2nd time delete or add) changing your answers, are there any differences in longevity, are there areas in your life that you might want to modify to increase your longevity.

1. What is a Blue Zone, and what is it about the people who live there that is different that may explain a large number of people living to be 100?

2. Briefly discuss physical aging, include the development of chronic diseases, what are your thoughts of becoming a centenarian, is it possible and would you want to attain 100 years?

3. What are the components of successful aging and what does this mean to you?

4. Compare your two results from the Calculator. What information did you change and how did it effect your age? Discuss your reaction to your results. What recommendations were you given; will you incorporate those changes in your daily life going forward as you age?
