I am writting a report on stimulates, and dreams, and i wanted to know if someone can help me with my grammar, punctuation, and can make my report flow, better, and lastly, give a better conclusion?
This week’s reading from module 5-7 I learned about consciousness, dreams, and stimulants. What I found to be the most interesting in this week’s reading is how important sleep is, and also how stimulants affect the body. First, I discovered from my reading that sleep in important to us because of several factors, such as, it creates memory, restore memory, is a process in growth, thinking, and helps with creative thinking. First off when you are sleeping, your brain it at rest which allows it to create memory, and also to restore lost or forgotten memory.
The process of memory helps the brain creates images that helps a person learn, and remember long life experiences. The process of remembering and recovering reminds me of a computer system in a computer, which it remembers certain thing, and sometime forget thing, but when rebooted, it recovers its lost memory. Besides memory, the brain allows us to dream. Dreams are vivid sequences of images, which are created by emotions, and ideas, that are interpreted by the brain. These interpretations, created by our own emotion and desires, gives creative ideals, which we could use for art, draw, and etc., and also lends a hand into us perusing our desires. Finally, sleep is important to help us grow. When you are in a deep sleep, the body secretes hormones from the pituitary gland, which releases a growth hormone that causes you to grow taller.
Also, in module 5-7, I learned about stimulants, which I found this chapter to be very interesting, due to my own experience. First, there was various different stimulants that the chapter had covered, but the one I most interesting is caffeine. I found out that caffeine is the worlds most consumed stimulate, it is found in a variety of products such as sodas, fruit juices, energy drinks, soap, coffee, and mints. In this chapter I found out that caffeine is a stimulate that caffeine after consuming last about three to four hours, causes nervousness and causes sleep deviation. If also has effects of, withdraws of fatigue, and headaches, when it is absent from the body. I myself can relate to the withdraw affects, because i am addicted to coca cola classic, and when i don't have my elixir potion, I suffer withdraw of overheating, and fatigue.
In conclusion, I found module 5-7, very interesting and informative, because I learned why sleeping Is important, and I also learned how stimulates affects the body, as well as our wellbeing.
