Project: Analyze an organization
Assignment outline:
you are required to go out into the real world and analyze an organization of your choice and evaluate how they are:
1. Making the connection between business strategies and IT projects
2. Doing evaluation, selection and alignment of projects in their portfolios
3. Monitoring and actively manages the portfolio of projects
4. Working with benefit realization
This should be a comprehensive business style written report that you would be able to give to an employer as a consultant. The length should be 7-10 pages, single line space and font times new roman 12. Make sure you reference and support your work in a good academic way.
The assignment is graded on the following criteria:
- Depth of analysis and comprehensiveness of the report
- Ability to show understanding of the topics covered and the connection to theory
