Question 1. Create a new minuteAdderCircuit that accepts a 6-bit current time
Question 2. Add another input for the plus one (should be 1 bit)
Question 3. Make it add the value from the plus one to the current time
Question 4. If your new value is 60 or more, then set the resultMinute output to 0 (Hint: The circuitry here is going to look incredibly similar to the 24HourAdder circuit)
Question 5. Create a 1-bit output called CarryOut
Question 6. When you overflow, set the current minute to 0, set the CarryOut to 1
Question 7. Create another new circuit, called Clock (Finally!). The clock will have two inputs for now (5-bit input for the current hour, 6-bit input for the current minute, and a 1-bit input for the "plus one"), two outputs (one 5-bit for the endHour, one 6-bit for the endMinute) and two circuits, a 60MinuteAdder, and a 24HourAdder
Question 8. Route the CarryOut of your minuteAdderCircuit to the "plus one" input of your 24HourAdder. Connect both of your inputs to their respective circuit, and connect the plus one into the "plus one" input on your 60MinuteAdder.
Question 9. Connect the result outputs that hold your new hour and minute values into two outputs so that you can visibly check the results of your addition
