Question

The number of justices on the Supreme Court isn't written into the Constitution, and Congress has the power to change it. The Judiciary Act of 1789 set the number of justices at six, and the total has ranged between five and 10 at various times in history. In 1869, the number of justices was set at nine and has remained ever since. Do you support adding Justices to the US Supreme Court. Why or why not?
