Reflect: Reflect on the experimentation in the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution as the authors worked to create a new form of government. Consider that the two documents, the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution, were the direct result of their authors' experiences. What were the main fears of the authors as they crafted these frameworks for a government? Is it more interesting that they felt the need to replace the first constitution or that the second one has lasted so long?
