Conflict resolution is one of the most important skills to live in a harmonious workplace, but also in our personal lives! Knowing how to manage conflict can also help us as administrative managers.
Please take the attached quiz (link at top), and add up your scores.
Then, please perform research on your preferred style--providing links to at least two articles at the end of your memo. NOTE: the organization of this memo is different than previous memos. I am asking you to interweave the two articles into your discussion; therefore, you need to cite your articles in your memo.
