Conflict resolution is a method through which a dispute between two or more parties may be settled amicably and to everyone's satisfaction. Any number of factors, from contractual to interpersonal to financial to political to emotional, might contribute to the emergence of a conflict. Every effort should be made to find a swift and mutually acceptable settlement to a disagreement, preferably one that keeps the matter out of court (litigation) (Goldberg et al., 2020). Negotiation is one approach of resolving disagreements. Here, the parties try to find common ground and work together to reconcile their differences on the subjects where they are most at odds.
