Conflict Resolution and Mediation

Using your organization or one that has been in the news recently as a case study, assess how power imbalances can impede an individual's attempt to manage work-related conflict. In your discussion, be sure to address the following:

• Present a synthesized meaning of conflict and power.
• Determine how power can constrain or exacerbate conflict.
• Discuss ways for an organization's leaders to integrate conflict mediation into organizational culture.
• Include specific examples of scenarios as well as concepts from the readings and outside research in your analysis.

Support your case study with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
