You are a new Marketing Manager. You're supposed to work closely with the VP of Product Development so that you can plan marketing campaigns for new products. The VP of Product Development seems to avoid you, withholds information from you, and then tells you just before a product is about to launch, which creates pressure on your team to deliver good marketing materials at the last minute.
