Climate change is one of the issues in which there is the greatest difference between governments. Some governments feel that environmental protection can only be achieved at the expense of economic development while others feel that there is no necessary conflict between the environment and the economy, or that if there is such a conflict, the environment should not be sacrificed. Which position do you take, and why?
