Please help me answer the following

Kingsnorth et al. (2002) examined the case processing time (in days) from arraignment to disposition for cases processed by the Sacramento County District Attorney's office. For the 90 cases that resulted in a felony conviction, the mean processing time was 113.6 days with a standard deviation of 175.53. Construct 95% confidence intervals for the mean.

What is the LOWER bound for this confidence interval?

In general, men that are rapists have typically committed several rapes before getting caught.  We decide to ask incarcerated rapists to report how many rapes they've committed in their lifetime.  We talk to 120 incarcerated rapists.  Their average number of rapes is 5.8.  The standard deviation is 2.4.  Construct a 99% confidence interval around the mean.

What is your UPPER bound for the confidence interval?

In a two-year survey of 100 census tracts in Seattle (WA), Rountree and Warner (1999) observed a mean official violent crime rate of 27.06 per 1,000, with a standard deviation of 33.81. Construct a 95% confidence interval around this mean.
