Difference of Proportion Problem. In a September 2019 survey of adults in the U.S., participants were asked if within the last 5 years, they knew of a friend or family member who died due to inability to pay for medical treatment. Overall, 13.4% answered yes. We have the breakdown of the data by three Age Groups. See the table below.

This problem will focus on a Difference of Proportion Problem between those 45 to 64 and those 65 and older. Use this order in calculating the difference so that the difference is positive.

Construct a 95% Confidence Interval of the difference in proportions. Do not assume equal variances for this calculation.
