Out of 54 randomly selected patients at a local hospital who were surveyed, 49 reported that they were satisfied with the care they received. Construct and interpret a 95% confidence interval for the proportion of all patients at the hospital who are satisfied with their care. Based on this, can the hospital claim that over 85% of their patients are satisfied with their care? Explain.
