With rising gas prices, and economist wants to know if the proportion of the U.S. population who car pool is increasing. The economist samples 1725 vehicles and finds 409 have two or more people sharing a ride. Calculate a 90% confidence interval for the proportion of vehicles being use for carpooling. Use formulas to solve.
