(b) A tourism magazine reports that over 80% of vacationers select a destination to vacation based on climate. From a sample of 200 vacationers, 142 reported that climate was the main reason for choosing a destination to vacation. Construct the 95% confidence interval for the population proportion of vacationers whose main reason for selecting a destination is based on climate. Interpret your answer.
