Statistics from a survey conducted in Kansas show that the percentage of 12th graders who have used marijuana is 36%, versus 42% for the same survey conducted in Missouri. The study randomly chose students to survey, and there were 1,200 12th graders surveyed in both states. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the difference in the proportions of all 12th grade students in the two states that have used marijuana.
