To this point in his career Blake Grin has averaged 21.3 points per game. During this season so far he has played 17 games averaging only 17.5 points per game with a standard deviation of 3.9 points per game. Assume that Grin's points per game is distributed nearly normal. Are these 17 games evidence, that he has become a worse scorer in his third full season as a professional basketball player? Test the hypothesis using a significance level of 0.05.
