In order to encourage social distancing, stores are limiting the number of customers entering their premises at any one time. This practice often results in customers waiting in line outside the store before being allowed to enter. A random sample of 47 stores finds that the average waiting time for a customer to enter a store is 14.2 minutes with a standard deviation of 6.4 minutes.

Based on this data, construct a 95% confidence interval estimate for the true amount of time that a customer should expect to wait in line before being allowed to enter a store.

State your answers to two decimal places.
