How to design a scorecard for conducting a self assessment of human resource management course (Man 1103) of learnings in the course. The scorecard should mention the goals and objectives of the course, the topics covered, the knowledge and skills learnt, the use and applicability of the course in professional life. The criteria to measure each of these parameters and a grading scale should be included in the scorecard. How to design a space in the scorecard to write comments, reasons, explanations and examples justifying the grade given to a particular parameter.
