As a Digital Business expert, you are required to help a children bookstore outline the current technological and societal (including the Covid-19 pandemic) challenges, involved in developing a digital strategy to support the rebranding and transformation of its business from a traditional book store to an online store. The store currently operates a physical store with limited telephone and email ordering services. It has a few computer systems but without a network integrating them or any enterprise application.
