Conducting a Job Analysis

Distribution of CapraTek's Alfred! device and components will be through existing distributors and retail outlets. The current sales force will begin training on the new product line very soon. While the company is trying to develop an overarching recruiting and staffing plan for the sales representative role, there is an immediate need to hire four regional sales representatives to support the new product line. As part of the HR team, you must develop a complete and accurate job analysis for the job.
