The proprietor of the Sippin' Statistician is concerned that these waits are leading to increasingly dissatisfied customers, and it is your task to help this proprietor explore this issue.
The file Summer 2018 Exam 1 Data Q1 contains 20,000 randomly sampled customers for whom the following measures were taken:
Overall satisfaction on a scale of 1 (Extremely Dissatisfied) to 100 (Extremely Satisfied)
Sex (Male or Female)
Wait time (in minutes)
The bitterness (in International Bittering Units) of the beer that customer ordered
You have been assigned a particular set of 150 observations to conduct your analyses. Do whatever you think is called for to inform the proprietor of what these data might say regarding customer satisfaction and influences on it. Limit your response to one page (1½ spaced) of analyses and comments.
Question 2: The file Summer 2018 Exam 1 Data Q2 contains 20,000 observations each from four different groups. Based on the subset of 80 observations that you've been assigned, do whatever you feel is necessary to explore how these groups differ (or don't) on this particular variable.
