You are required to prepare a project work based on the internal audit requirements as per the OSHAD SF. You may select the format and approach that you consider most appropriate. A checklist is required to be used by group to identify the nonconformance and write a report. Please see the Marking Guide that will be used to assess your project which is given below. To fulfill the requirements for this assessment, you will need to be able to complete the below tasks:

Question 1:
According to OSHAD-SF - Manual and OSHAD AUDIT GUIDELINE after agreeing with your team, build your tools to be used for the audit (Tools might contain checklist, photos, conducting interview and observation.
You may use OSHAD entity audit checklist form

Question 2:
Perform initial evaluation for the site according to your plan and take observations for suitability of the plan and tools. Conduct initial meeting with key personals and present your audit process and required details.

Question 3:
Conduct the internal audit as per the audit plan. Identify the present hazards and other EHS issues to the appropriate workplace during the audit. Also, collect evidence for the entire nonconformance identified during your audit. Communicate and coordinate with your team and management about audit progress and review evidences collected are collected in legal appropriate way using the concept (Valid, Authentic, Reliable, Current and Sufficient)

Question 4:
Write down the details to be discussed in the closing meeting with the key person in accordance with the audit plan.
