The primary focus of this assessment is for you to conduct research on a contemporary OBM issue. Drawing from academic research and real-life professional application, you will need to present the findings in a one-page infographic.

The focus of your research, "Use of Artificial Intelligence and its Implications of Ethics in the Workplace."

What you need to do:

1. Compile and analyse your findings from at least 3 high quality academic reference i.e., peer- reviewed journal article at five or less years.

2. Respond to the research topic and present the topic in the form of an infographic, including the following aspects:
a. Introduction to the topic
Provide a concise summary of the topic.
b. Main themes of your analysis and findings
Identify relevant themes that address the assignment topic. What is your analysis on the topic? Demonstrate the link between the topic and underpinning OBM knowledge to develop this section.
c. Application
How do the analysis and findings matter to you as a professional? What difference would it make to your professional career with this added knowledge?
d. References
APA7 referencing must be applied for both in- and end-text referencing. The reference list should be included as a separate page from the infographic.

3. You can use the infographic templates available in PowerPoint to help you prepare for this assignment.
The task will assess your ability to:

1. Critically analyse OBM issues and apply relevant and advanced knowledge of OBM theories/concepts to address a practical topic in the workplace.

2. Bring in various OBM theories/concepts and structure evidence-based conclusions.

3. Digitally communicate your ideas effectively and accurately.

4. Integrate knowledge of ethical issues into professional and personal practices.
