A. Plan the property listing presentation
You are required to make a report on the agenda and the information you would give when you deliver your property listing presentation to the client. During the presentation, you will need to cover at least the following topics:
- reference to your appraisal report for the property
- how you have dealt with the vendors expectations
- improvement recommendations,
- market influences that may be likely to affect the property listing
- methods of sale and your suggestions
- marketing activities and costs with justification of the options you present
- agency services, fees and charges
- process for listing the property
- statutory and agency listing documentation including information about complaints/dispute resolution services.
- your proposed communication schedule during the sale process
- list any other resources you would include with your listing presentation
B. Report on the resources you need to support your listing presentation plan
i. Below list the title of all the resources you need to put together to support your listing presentation and also the information you would leave with the vendor after you have listed the property.
ii. What ethical and legislative requirements are there in relation to listing a property for sale. In your answer set out the relevant Rules of Conduct and the relevant legislation showing name of Act or Regulation and Section numbers.
