Conduct an HR planning exercise for Tim Hortons. The report should detail both the process and the results of the HR planning activities you conduct. It should show how you have applied your HR planning knowledge and skills, as well as the results, including:

Development of three reasonable options to deal with the predicted HR shortage, surplus or other HR planning issue your forecasting identified;

A thorough evaluation of the three options and your specific recommendation (related to your forecast) for the organization.
