ABC Ltd provides one stop service which includes: Administration, legal, HR, financial, marketing business development, and even other related business activities. Business-based consulting firms are believed to be increasingly competitive. Today, many companies are developing themselves to face an era of increasingly intense global competition.
Based on data provided , ABC Ltd. experienced a decrease in the number of clients who use its services as a result of many emerging consulting firms dominated the market in the country, the potential competition is also increasing sharply. Under current condition, it is necessary to build a strategy to sustain the image while still achieving the company's goals that have been set.
