You will be given a selection of three case studies, and your task is to pick one that interests you the most. Based on the information provided in the chosen case study, you are required to conduct an internal and external analysis of the industry and business from the chosen case study. You will need to use theories and concepts related to tourism and hospitality management discussed in weeks 7 to 8.
