Question 1: Describe how you would prepare for and conduct an effective interview. Discuss the common errors interviewers make when interviewing applicants.

Your response must be at least 200 words in length per question. You are required to use at least your textbook as source material for your response. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. All references and citations used must be in APA style.

Question 2: Demonstrate your understanding of these terms by using them correctly in a paragraph you create. Creativity is encouraged, but not required; a realistic scenario would be best. Do not simply provide a definition for the terms. Terms: adverse impact, EEOC, burden of proof, Uniform Guidelines, and interviews.
