Answer these two questions:

  1. Talk to a friend, family member about their work and conduct a work development interview. The interview does not need to be long or cover every area of the interview. the goal with the interview is to help them discover some areas for development, such as training they may complete or job redesign suggestions. After completed this experience, reflect on what you did (who you interviewed - relationship, not name; what you talked about, and what you helped them to do to develop themselves). 
  2. In this post take on the role of a hiring manager. Find a recent job posting on an aggregator site (such as Indeed or Glassdoor) or a specific organization's website.  Post a link to the job description. Identify the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) in the job description and write 1 interview question question each to: 1) gauge experience and competencies, 2) learn more about their perspective, 3) gauge their potential, and 4) gauge cultural fit. Provide a brief explanation about why you are asking the question. Try to match the job posting as closely as possible.
