Training needs analysis is a process to identify the gap between the skills and competencies the companies required for that position against the skills of the employee. You have been hired by a small company that has identified an increase in their employee turnover rate and safety accidents numbers.

As you reflect on the multifaceted aspect of this, please respond to the following:
