Practice Assignment- Analyzing Diversity & Inclusion

In this assignment, you will practice applying your SPSS analytics skills to analyze diversity and inclusion. Again, you will find this module’s Edwards chapter especially useful when doing this exercise.

Assume ABC company has noticed that many of its older workers are leaving the organization and are noting in their exit interview that they felt they were unfairly given low performance ratings, which subsequently affected their yearly pay raise and bonus potential.

As the HR Specialist assigned to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion within the firm, you have been asked to see if the firm’s data support its assumptions.

For this assignment, you will either use a t-Test or ANOVA to determine if there is a significant difference between the performance ratings of employees over 40 years of age and those under 40 years of age. The data will come solely from the Module 6 Data Set.

Your submission must include an explanation as to why you selected to conduct a t-Test or an ANOVA, show the results of your statistical analysis, and have a short discussion of what the results might mean for ABC company.
