Task - Practical: Develop a Marketing Plan

Task 1 requires you to devise a strategy to market the Case Study situation for Bounce fitness. To achive this, include the following in your marketing plan.

1.1 Conduct a SWOT analysis of the business in relation to this initiative.

1.2 Using these findings, detail the strategies you would recommend Bounce Fitness should use to market the Case Study initiative. For each strategy, write a brief justification for including it.

1.3 Develop a set of marketing objectives that enable Bounce Fitness to utilise or improve its SWOT analysis?

1.4 Describe how the strategies that you have selected are in line with overall strategy.

1.5 What tactics would you recommend? Discuss all legal or ethical considerations, as well as mentioning how they would be evaluated. The tactics should include costing, accountabilities and person is responsible.

1.6 Detail the marketing tactics you would use to implement each marketing strategy in terms of scheduling, costing, accountabilities and persons responsible.
