Assignment:

Each student will conduct a reflexive self-evaluation of his/her leadership style, behavior and effectiveness along with an aspirational statement regarding his/her goals, dreams and purpose as a future leader. In other words, the leadership self-evaluation memo should address two objectives:

1. Draw upon course readings and one's post-discussion reflection memos to assess one's leadership style, behaviors and effectiveness in a recent significant leadership role or one's service in leadership capacities over a specific timeframe

Of the six domains of leadership, which domain(s) do you exhibit most strongly? Which of the six domains offer the greatest opportunities for growth?

2. Develop a statement that connects one's goals, dreams, and personal purpose to future leadership opportunities
