Assessment Task: The registered nurse asked you to monitor vital signs (TPR, BP, SpO2) and conduct a falls risk assessment on a person admitted in your clinical setting as part of ongoing monitoring of the person. The person has no cognitive impairments and is conscious and well oriented.

You are required to undertake the following activities.
- Check the vital signs of the person
- Complete the falls risk assessment of the person using the falls risk assessment template provided in the client folder
- Complete required documentation
- Report to the registered nurse
- Ensure a safe environment is provided to the person aiming to prevent falls before you leave the room.

Your assessor will play the role of the person for the fall risk assessment. You may demonstrate vital signs monitoring on the manikin.
