The focus of this paper is to consider how to apply the concepts of managing innovation, a creative workplace culture and workplace diversity in Samsung organization.
In this paper, the following information are required:
1. Propose changes to Samsung Innovation strategy, including a change in Samsung's culture, to help them in becoming an innovative market leader and to generate newer ideas for their products and/or services. (Approx.100 words).
2. Evaluate the impact of the changes you proposed above on Samsung. (Approx.150 words).
