The theories and theorists we have studied were all instrumental in laying the groundwork for concepts studied in organizational behavior. Select one of the theories or theorists discussed in this course and make a Kaltura video PowerPoint. It should consist of 6-8 slides and utilize five references, APA.

The following should be addressed:

Describe the background of the theory or theorist. Describe the concepts of management as it relates to organizational behavior. What are the benefits of the theory with respect to organizational behavior? Are there any limitations to the theory?
