Consider the concepts of decision making, value chain, and stakeholder theory as they relate to ethics. Then, based on the value chain activity you have been assigned which is human resources, please answer the following questions:

1. Who are the primary stakeholders of the activity (there can be more than one).

2. What business issue would be of high importance to those stakeholders, and why?

3. As a manager/ supervisor, what key decisions would you be expected to make in order to effectively manage the issue?
