Assignment:

Is this true "The concept of 'Tri-morbidity' is a term that refers to the co-occurrence of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and psychosis; physical health conditions like cardiovascular disease, HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis; and substance use conditions involving drugs and alcohol. These three health conditions often co-occur in homeless populations, creating a complex web that makes escaping homelessness exceedingly difficult. This tri-morbidity not only complicates treatment and recovery but also significantly contributes to the cycle of homelessness. It is a significant concern because the rates of mental health disorders, chronic physical diseases, and substance use are much higher among people experiencing homelessness compared to the general population. This intersection of health challenges creates barriers to accessing housing, healthcare, and social services, further entrenching individuals in the cycle of homelessness."
