1. As an industrial engineer in product design systems, work systems and work stations based on the concept of a human integrated system, the important thing is to design the system in accordance with work biomechanics with the aim of safety and avoiding work accidents. We simplify Bio-Mechanical (Biology, physics and Engineering/system mechanics (force or resultant force))

Work biomechanics is the study of the interaction of workers with equipment, machines and materials, so that workers can improve work performance and minimize the risk of work injury (musculoskeletal).

Biomechanics uses the concepts of mechanics, physics, biology and engineering to explain the movement of various parts of the human body and the forces acting on these body parts in daily activities. Thus, work biomechanics focuses on studying the behavior of the human body and aspects of the mechanics of the movement of its limbs.

Biomechanics in ergonomic design considers the position and physiology of the human body to ensure work productivity remains in optimal conditions.

Thus, one of the factors considered is operator or user fatigue in carrying out activities.

(1) A discussion arises here, why is fatigue a source of decision factor by a manager or company leader(please explain it with biomechanics assumptions).

2. Fatigue, productivity and work psychology.

As a student who will become a graduate of industrial engineering, in designing a job, in addition to considering the company's goals, indirect factors related to fatigue and psychological aspects must also be considered.

In fact, research shows that operators who are managed by time management to avoid fatigue and stress management have a positive impact on the company's work productivity.

why fatigue is often associated with work psychology?

Most work accidents are due to fatigue, exhaustion and uncontrolled behavior management.

Mention one example at work
