Assignment:

Humanism and psychoanalysis theories differ in their role of how free will and how it relates to an individual's successes and failures. Humanistic psychology emphasizes the concept of free-will is driven individually, and each of us has the intellectual capacity to be responsible for our choices. Psychoanalysis theories delve into the unconscious mind, potentially limiting free-will. Sigmund Freud, the prolific founder of psychoanalysis, believed that "multiple forces, external and internal, cause humans to think and act" (Shiraev, E. (2016, p. 106). These forces, such as moral judgement and social imperatives cause our instinctual need for gratification to be hidden in our unconsciousness. is this correct?
