Concept Paper - Presentation

The purpose of this paper is for you to better understand and apply one concept from our textbook. This concept may be a definition or idea from the text. For example, let's assume that you want to dig deeper into the concept of "employee engagement" locate at least one scholarly article and one popular press (current) article that address this concept. Also, use the textbook help define this concept. The paper should begin with an introduction (why you are researching this topic), a definition of the topic, a current example of the concept in action, and a conclusion. In total the paper should contain a tile page, 1.5-2 pages body and a reference page.

Also, the paper must be written in APA format. The majority of business and psychology schools will require you to write papers in this format. Basically, APA papers have 1 "margins, 12 point Times New Roman forn, and are double spaced. Also, the paper begin with a title page, followed by the abstract, body, then reference (3 reference needed for this paper) page.
