Chapter 7 discussed the concept of circadian rhythms and how shorter ones are associated with morning people and late ones with eveneing people. It is also thought that there is higher mood disorders among those with late circadian rhythms than those with early ones. I believe that most of the schedules that were developed were based on the assumption that morning people are the majority, thus those with late rhythms must force themselves into a schedule that does not naturally suit them, Thus this creates more stress in their life since they do not reach optimal alertness and such as early as others, creating negative experiences for them. My question to you guys is if you think this is the cause or if it just correlational, also do you think it is possible to permamnently modify someone's rhythm to be a different one?
